Once we have decided upon an individualised plan and program for you, we need to decide the level of coaching you need to get you up to speed.
As I'm a physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach, most of the sessions we have together will based in movement.
We will generally perform any necessary hands-on treatment (there probably won't be much of this) and then have individualised coaching sessions based in gym or field.
I am able to remotely monitor your progress through our online platform, until you are performing better than you initially thought you could.

Packages of monitoring, based on your level of needs. This is based off an hourly rate, but we always come to a good deal that is best for you and ensures more than enough monitoring.
